The project comprises natural vent systems, sanitaryware and public health pipework, domestic hot water services, a mid-level boiler plant room supplies heating into the building via a 90+ strong radiator system, the whole building performance monitored by a BMS system. Electrical main distribution throughout the building to local distribution boards, general lighting and power, emergency lighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm, complete data infrastructure including diverse fibre optic links to new out-buildings, lighting protection and a significant roof-mounted solar PV installation.
